Your data is used exclusively to: activate and manage your eSIM plans, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, send important service updates (activation confirmations, expiry reminders), and improve our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Security
Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations. Payment information is handled directly by Razorpay and Stripe — we never store full card details. We regularly audit our security practices to maintain the highest standards.
Data Storage & Transfer
Your data is stored securely on servers in [AWS Mumbai / Singapore] with encryption at rest. As a global service, your data may be processed in different regions to provide optimal service delivery. We ensure all data handling complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
